RS Material Handling Inc. is an authorized distributor for TGW Systems Narrow Belt Driven Roller conveyors (NBC). The versatility of the two-in-one accumulation conveyor results in equipment, installation, and overall cost-of-ownership savings.
All Narrow Belt Conveyors (NBC) high-value features are considered standard. The logic modules are easily set in the field for basic or progressive (train) release. The direct-drive belt is powered with a 97% efficient gear motor that reduces energy consumption. NBC utilizes CRUZ® frame with the rollers low and built-in guardrail configuration for all accumulation conveyor. A rollers-high version is used for all transportation style conveyors.
NBC contact accumulation conveyor is equipped with logic modules that can be switched from basic mode to progressive mode with a manually activated detent switch. The products are allowed to touch and bump, but have zero-pressure after they accumulate. The minimum speed to achieve for dense packing of product is approximately 90 FPM for totes and 125 FPM for corrugated product.
